The heat streak in North Texas is expected to continue today with a high temperature of 104 degrees.The rest of the week will remain sweltering, with highs above 100 and lows in the low 80s.
Sunday, July 27th was the hottest day so far this year, with temperatures averaging 105.
There have already been 17 days this year that have hit or surpassed the 100-degree mark. Normal highs for this time of year are about 96 degrees.
It's just summertime in Texas!
