Daddy's Caddy

While I was in Huntsville, this weekend. Doug went car shopping. He had a sizeable amount of money saved in his car fund and with the sale of the boat, he was ready to begin the "shopping process". Little did I know, that would turn in to a "buying process".

In addition, the 2000 Mustang has been traded...so sorry...for all of you that thought it was going to be willed to you someday. So we are "un"officially grandparents now.

Because, isn't that what gramps should drive...a cadillac. So guess we are as prepared as ever to be grandparents now.

Below is Doug's new car...of course, it's red. That's only because all of the other colors make it really look like an old man's car. Ha! Ha!

The car is not a new car, but a used 2009 Cadillac CTS (4 door) with 281 actual miles on it. Apparantly it was sitting at a dealership in Indiana that went out of business and was eventually purchased by Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine. This was a great find. A used car with all the same benefits of a new car.
