Friday afternoon, we (Mom, Dad, Doug & I) left for a weekend trip to Fredricksburg, TX.
Fredricksburg, is located 294 miles from The Colony, TX.
It took us 6 hours to go down Friday afternoon & 5 hours to come back home on Sunday.

We went to Fredricksburg, to visit the Pacific War Museums.
Fredricksburg is the birthplace of Admiral Chester Nimitz, who was named to take over the shattered Pacific fleet at the end of December 1941.

One admission price gets you in to all the Pacific War Museums within a 24 hour period.

We saw only two of them (George HW Bush Gallery & Pacific Combat Zone)
