Another puzzle completed

THIS WAS A HARD ONE!
Josh and Jill put the outside edge together on Saturday, December 26th.
Audrey and I worked on it, December 28 - 31st.
My mom did not want to work on it.
Jackie and I finished it last night.

I've never had a puzzle take so long to complete.

Jackie's New Coat

I took Jackie to Burlington Coat Factory the other day to get a new winter coat. The only winter coat she had was her high school letter jacket. She is now a junior in college and does not want to be wearing her letter jacket any longer.

I purchased a very versatile coat for her. It can be worn 5 different ways.
Example 1 & 2
This is the coat, complete with reversible liner.
The coat can have the exterior portion with the liner (reversible)
It is shown with the liner, fuzzy side in.
It can also be shown with the liner, smooth side in.

Example 3
This is the coat with the liner removed.

Example 4
This is the liner, fuzzy side out.

Example 5
Liner, fuzzy side inside

Christmas with Karl & Audrey

December 28 - December 31st, Karl and Audrey visited to spend time with us for Christmas.
Karl is shown admiring his SHSU / Chemistry quilt.
I have also gotten a text message with photo of him curled up with it watching tv in his apartment. He said it's even big enough for both him and Audrey to cuddle on the couch.

Audrey playing Wii Hunter. She is a great shot.
I, however, am not!!

During their visit, Audrey encountered snow.
She was very excited to get outside and play in the snow.
Sorry there was only a few flurries, not even enough for a snowball.

Guess she'll have to travel further north to see some "real" snow!
