I received a letter from Bank of America that states:"We have concluded our investigation and the temporary credit is now a permanent credit, thus closing this dispute."
I guess we will not find out HOW our credit card was compromised.
Checked our credit history...all is fine. Credit score is over 900!
Case closed!
