A series of tornados spawned by the remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine skipped across our local area from southeast Dallas, through Love Field and up through North Dallas. Tornados were within 6 miles from us (Carrollton at the corner of Hebron & Josey Lane).
Most of the tornados formed but never, ever got to the ground. There were no immediate reports of damage. The only tornados that hit the ground were near Ferris, TX (about 15 miles south of Dallas on Hwy45) and some warehouse damage in southeast Dallas.
